I'm a co-founder at Dover.

At Dover, we’re building a platform for startups to connect with the right fractional recruiter. I focus on our recruiter marketplace, where we aim to make hiring more efficient by aligning incentives so startups and recruiters can trust each other. The result: better hires at a fraction of the cost. Dover is backed by Y Combinator, Founders Fund, and Tiger Global.

Before founding Dover, I worked in project finance, venture capital, and fintech. In these positions, I developed financial models for infrastructure projects, conducted the analysis for the Forbes Midas List, and led strategic finance at a start-up. I received a Master's and two BAs from Stanford University.
